Welcome to this beautiful house in the Costabella area, Marbella. This property is perfect for those looking to enjoy a sunny holiday in a bright and modern environment.



THE HOUSE IN DETAIL ⤵️

The house is located in a quiet and well-maintained urbanization, offering a serene and relaxing setting. Being on one floor, it is accessible and comfortable for all guests.



Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by a spacious living-dining room, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a television for your entertainment. There is also a wood-burning stove to provide warmth on cooler days. The dining area includes a spacious table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones.



The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also find all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. From the living-dining area, you can access a covered terrace with a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also a second, larger, and sunnier terrace with an outdoor dining table for two.



The house includes a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.



Additionally, you can generally find free street parking (with a bit more difficulty during high season). For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.



THE AREA IN DETAIL | COSTABELLA, MARBELLA ⤵️

The location is truly remarkable. It is close to both Marbella center and Puerto Banús, just a 7-minute drive to Marbella center and approximately 40 minutes from Málaga airport. If you wish to enjoy the sea and the beach, you’ll be pleased to know that Riosequillo Beach is only 700 meters away. You can also explore other nearby beaches, such as Los Tomatitos Beach and Real de Zaragoza Beach.



In the Costabella area, you’ll find a wide selection of popular beach bars and clubs, such as Sirokko Beach, Chiri Marbella, and Da Sergio, where you can enjoy delicious food and pleasant days by the sea.

Good winter break

Lovely modern one bedroom terraced house with south facing patio and small garden. Walking distance to beach and supermarket. Very clean and well furnished. Narrow street for parking, but otherwise perfect for a quiet holiday
