Lovely and spacious apartment located in prestigious beachside community Bahia de Marbella, only 700 meters from one of the best natural beaches of eastern Marbella and 5 minutes drive to Marbella town centre. This beautiful holiday home in classic style consists of 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Spacious living-dining room with access to a large 70m2 terrace to enjoy al-fresco dining with family, to sunbathing and chilling at the comfortable sofas in peaceful atmosphere. Facing south terrace offers a nice views to the communal green gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area and direct access to the garage with 2 private parking spaces. Two en-suite bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and fitted wardrobes, and a 3-rd bedroom with two single beds and adjacent bathroom. Central AC-conditioning, floor heating in the bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV.



Secured and tranquil complex Bahia Real offers two large swimming pool areas with sun loungers, well-kept gardens, paddle courts and kids playground. Few minutes walk (700 m) to the sandy beach with promenade that stretches for few kilometres towards Marbella with beach restaurants along the way. Nearest beach restaurant El Mangaleta that offers for rent sun loungers is 800 meters away. Supermarket ALDI is only 500 meters away.



Bahía de Marbella is a high quality housing development and one of the best beachfront residential areas by offering 24-h security, calm and privacy. It is situated in the eastern side of Marbella and very well connected to the highway. Its only 5 kms away from Marbella town centre. Two 18-hole golf courses very close to each other: Rio Real and Santa Clara Golf. The shopping centre La Cañada is 5 minutes by car, and 15 minutes from Puerto Banús with its wide selection of top-brand shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Hospital Costa del Sol is opposite, on the other side of the road.
