The outside of the flat is ideal for hot days where you can cool off in the shared swimming pool measuring 22m x 6m and with a depth of between 0.50m and 2m. On the property there is a porch with large windows where you can have breakfast in the morning or extend your evenings with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking and there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
