Perfect Paradise

Perfect paradise is located in the heart of marathon. Only 9 minutes away from sombrero beach. Restaurant, supermarkets, ice cream, aquarium, and much more less than 7 minutes away. Public boat ramp is 5 minutes away. The house has plenty of parking spaces in the front to park your boat and 3 vehicles. 4 parking spaces in total. The home was recently remodeled completely and is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay.


Perfect paradise rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Home also includes cable, wifi, linens, towels, washer and dryer. Guest will need to provide ongoing supplies for longer stays. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv as well as the living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed with it’s own bathroom. First room has a bunk bed with 3 beds that can sleep 4. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa bed. Bathrooms comes completely stock with tooth brush and toothpaste, towels for each guest, with dispensers in each bathroom that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The backyard has a patio deck with umbrella for extra shade and also has a table and chairs as well as a grill. The backyard also has a fire pit with outdoor furniture to enjoy with family and friends while making some s’more. We also provide two kayaks with paddles and life vest for our guest to use. The home has surveillance cameras outside the property for security and liability purposes. There are no cameras inside the home and no one is actively watching the outside cameras. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and all loud noise must stop at 9 pm. Entry to the home is keyless door codes personalized for your stay only. Their is no smoking inside the home. We do not allow pets because unfortunately we have family members that are highly allergic.
