Unit in Duck Key next to the biggest resort in the Florida Keys! Located near stores, restaurants, delicatessen, bait and tackle shop, bank, jewelry store, and much more. Two marinas that you can use, rental of jet skis, kayak boat, sailing boats, snorkeling and fishing trips. You have access to the Gulf or Atlantic Ocean. Dock with fish cleaning station. Only minutes away from Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach and only 1 hour from Key West.

Unit A - This beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to six people and is completely decorated.

Master bedroom has a King-size bed with a with flat panel LCD Television. Large sliding glass doors give access to the adjacent balcony with views of the pools and emerald green canal. The spacious Master Bath boasts a walk in closet with ample room for storage.

Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed with closet and private television.

Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed with closet and private television.

The Living Room has a entertainment center. The Lovely kitchen/breakfast area has full amenities. and ample pool deck make for excellent sunning areas. Property has two marinas that you can use or bring your own boat. You can dock your boat right in your backyard 92-foot concrete dock with no extra dock fees. You can fish from your backyard. Just bring your rods!

Summer 2025

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it!! Location is great, the canal is great for fishing, swimming and relaxing. Pool and patio dock area is perfect. Plenty of room for everything and everyone. House is clean and well stocked for all your needs. Looking forward to staying again! The host is amazing as well.

This place is excellent for the money and what all it offers! Location is ideal, you’ll be in the middle of the keys so driving from place to place is a breeze. Next the pictures do not do this house justice. The place is just lovely with plenty of room, that is clean and tastefully decorated. From fishing off the dock, to playing in the pool, to ease of access parking. Book this one for your dream Florida Keys vacation!

Family Getaway

We've been going to the keys for years and loved this property, it was a perfect spot for families to enjoy being together while being emersed in the keys lifestyle. The pool is big enough for everyone to enjoy, the dock was great to fish off of and load up the boat. We loved our stay!

Perfect Spot

Everything was great from check in to check out. The house was very clean, the outdoors is like a mini resort. The pool is heated, the canal is great for boats, fishing, chilling and exploring.

Multi family getaway

Cute, cozy duplex and since we rented both sides due to amt of people, we had the pool and dock for fishing all to ourselves. Be aware that if you rent only one side you may potentially have to share the common areas(pool/dock). Definetly recommend.

Wonderfull property

I was quite surprised with the property. The screened in back porch was a nice touch.As well as your own tiki bar by the pool The floor plan to the house is nice and open. Plenty of towels and even beach towels for the pool. I will stay there again if I get a chance.

This was a comfortable, spacious, rental for our family of four. We loved having our morning coffee out by the water & a night swim in the heated pool! Our only complaint…the walls are thin & our neighbors snoring kept us up at night.

Fantastic place

Really clean and well thought out property. Lovely pool big enough to swim in. A share pool with other rental but worked out really well. Location beautiful on waterways. The Duplex was well kitted out and everything had been thought of. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in The Keys

We all decided to fly down and spend Christmas - New Years in the Keys. This was our first time in The Keys and it didn't disappoint. The duplex was located in a great centralized area (Duck Key) and was a very nice place to stay.

Great Place To Stay

We really enjoy staying at this property as this was our second time here. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything is clean and well maintained. Has a nice pool which we all enjoyed each day of our stay. Lots of dock space for our 24’ boat. Owners are very nice. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Canal Front Home

We have stayed here before, and we love this house. Teens can go fishing and swimming all day long. House is clean and spacious. Comfortable master king size bed, and laundry inside the unit. Great for families.

Vacation with family

This was a very nice duplex house with everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to make meals in with your group. We loved the heated swimming pool and it was right beside the deck off the canal. There were lots of fish in the canal to look at. The hosts were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This is our second time staying here it is fantastic. Very clean. Canal is great for fishing, swimming, kayaks and paddle boards. Water is clear. Pool is a great size. You are located close to stores and other activities as well.

Great duplex on the water

Very nice and clean house with plenty of free parking, swimming pool, grill, and tiki. I would definitely stay again. I’d only recommend to bring your own pan for cooking eggs or fish, as it’s very sticky.
