This home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeper sofas:



Main Bedroom: A luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a 65” TV, an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub with a 52” wall-mounted TV.

Second Bedroom: Includes a queen-size bed, a 42” TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for movie lovers, this room features a queen-size bed, a 42” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Fourth Bedroom: Designed with two twin-size beds, a 42” TV, and access to a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa in the living area and two twin-size sleeper sofas on the third floor.

A half bath near the pool adds convenience for outdoor activities.



The backyard is an oasis of relaxation and entertainment:

A private pool with chaise lounges for sunbathing.

A hot tub for unwinding under the stars. (set to 103° F, guests are unable to adjust temperature)

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and mini-fridge.

A storage room by the pool with an extra refrigerator and chest freezer. (There is not access to the commercial ice maker)

A dock with a private boat slip- can accommodate up to a 30 ft.vessel and fish-cleaning station.

Balconies on two levels offer additional spaces to enjoy the coastal ambiance:

The first balcony features a dining table for four and a shaded seating area.

The second balcony provides peaceful marina views, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Additional Information:

A kayak is available for guest use, adding to the fun.

Parking is available for four cars and a boat trailer in the driveway.
