Brand New Modern*4Bed4Ba*Private Dock+Heated Pool!

Welcome to our Marathon home, with a BRAND NEW BUILD 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, with soaring 10FT ceiling, brand new luxury kitchen appliance, not to mention outdoor pool, built in grill in patio for the best time outdoor.
Our home is also 2 minutes boat ride from open ocean, along with 2 kayaks for you and family to explore the canals that the Keys has to offer!
Come hang out with the manatees by your own private dock! Or enjoy the sunset while you sip on margaritas by your own private pool.
We are pet-friendly home but there is a pet fee associated. Please contact us for pet fee inquiry!
Our home can accommodate party of 10 with 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite full bathroom, with plenty of parking spaces for your boat trailers. The home is situated just 2 minute boat ride to the open ocean for those ready for fishing trips out. 50ft dock for your private use along with fish cleaning table. Cool off a hot summer day into our pool, and don't fret, the pool is also heated for the not so hot days as well.

Great location. Convenient to boat ramps and marina fuel. The home was spacious for the 8 of us with a great outdoor area as well. Property management company made booking and our stay simple. We would definitely go back.

Extended family stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jane was fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions. Despite the weather not being great we were still able to enjoy the pool and kayaks as well as the corn hole. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and furnished with just about everything you need. We enjoyed the pool hot tub corn hole and kayaks. Just a suggestion there was no iron or ironing board, could use a few more large bowls and some food storage containers with lids.

Great place for family and boating vacation

This was a perfect 4/4 for my family. Pool was perfect. Rented a pontoon with great bay access and close to both Vaca Cut and 7-Mile Bridge. Mother in-law loved the kitchen! Thank you

Great Marathon Get Away

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our adult children and their families. Great base camp for a week of fun in the Keys! Be advised, there is an airport close and you will hear planes and helicopters at all hours. If that is not a problem for you, perfect home!

Great space

We stayed here with 10 people from two families. The space was perfect! The open kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and comfortable. The four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were ideal. The added outdoor living space by the pool allowed us to spread out - allowing some to work while others relaxed. We watched football and movies by the pool. Jane and Milton quickly responded to any questions we had, and were very helpful. We used the on-site kayaks to tour the inlets and sawn several manatees! The small airport is nearby which made for entertaining flight watching. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway

Jane responded to our few questions promptly and was very easy to communicate with! This house was perfect for our group. Perfect for those who want to relax and for those that want to rent a boat for fishing! Location is convenient, close to so much but not on a busy street. Would definitely return here or one of Jane's other properties!

Brand new build with dock

We had the most amazing time at this brand new house. It has 4 bedrooms with all en-suite baths! Perfect for multiple families! The house is easily accessible to both the bay and the ocean by boat and the boat ramp is just 1 min away. So convenient! We will define be back to this wonderful home!!

Beautiful house and dock

This house was perfect for our family of 4 for a week long stay. Plenty of room and enough space for other friends or family to join. There is a boat ramp 1 mile away that was convenient to launch our boat. The dock was big enough to dock our boat for the week. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and the pool. Very clean and great communication. Thank you!
