The Space:
This spacious condo includes a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine at the indoor table for six, the breakfast nook for four, or outside on the screened patio.

The living area features a sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, TV, and DVD player. Sliding doors from both the living room and one bedroom open onto the screened porch, a great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze.

Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, bed linens, and towels are provided for added convenience during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities.
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master).
