The shower had hot water, the room was clean, and despite being in the center of Aguas Calientes was reasonably quiet. We missed our train and had to stay a day longer in the village and this last minute stay was better than our previous planned one"

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"
