One desk agent helped me get the AC adjusted down from 25 to 21 degrees, another gave directions to a currency exchange, and another helped me print my cruise boarding pass and luggage tags (would have been a huge hassle for me if he was unable to make it happen, but he did it easily). I know these aren’t huge asks typically but its a small euro hotel with not a lot of staff so finding help when no one else was there to supervise was a relief for an American family stumbling thru using spotty cell service google translate on tmobile in paris for everything."
