Sencillo.

Es un hotel sencillo, con escasas comodidades aunque funcional. Para pasar un par de noches. Sería bueno que brinden artículos de tocador, como shampoo.

Había cucarachas en todos lados, la habitación en mal estado general, la ducha con moho y oxido, los ascensores parecía que se iban a desbaratar, el personal del restaurante tosco y grosero, el televisor exageradamente viejo sin opciones de canales para ver, no hay wifi en la habitacion, la cama doble muy incomoda, la habitación sucia

Muy buena atención desde el primer momento, siempre dispuestos a complacer al cliente. Desayuno abundante, cercanía a la peatonal, bingos varios y pocas cuadras a la playa. Muy conforme con el precio y el servicio recibido.

FOTOS ENGAÑOSAS Y MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Muy incómodo para dormir, el colchón te deja una contactura en toda la espalda! . Imposible dormir bien!. Los ascensores andan muy mal!, Son muy engañosas las fotos, le falta refacciones totales, , muchas cucarachas y los murciélagos que chocan contra la persiana , si no estás del lado de la calle . NO VOLVERIA otra vez

Hotel parcialmente bien ubicado, ambiente dentro del hotel de los años 90', camas comodas, habitaciones amplias, no dan ni champú ni crema de enjuague (muy mal esto), el peor desayuno del universo, no se si hay WIFI ya que no aparece en ningún lado si hay, precio extremadamente bajo realmente este es el punto fuerte, el personal realmente muy amable.

Instalaciones desactualizadas.- La habitación que nos toco (402) estaba dividida por una puerta intermedia con la habitación de al lado,aunque tenía un pasador como seguro.- La calefacción era agobiante a pesar de los 26 C° de temperatura ambiente (respuesta al reclamo no la pueden apagar por que tarda para volver a calentar)

Buena ubicación, pero estado deplorable

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, hay poco personal, ya que dejando la habitación a la mañana luego del desayuno, recién estaba lista tipo 15 hs. además con humedad, pequeñas, realmente no volveria a Mar del Plata si este fuera el único hotel disponible.

Es un hotel de edificación antigua. Baño con parches en azulejos. La habitación bien. El colchón de resortes lo noté gastado El desayuno muy pobre. Café rico....medialunas sabor a pan dulce y el jugo de naranja lo reemplazan con jugo Tang Yo no volvería a este lugar
