「This was our first stay here, and overall it was a good experience. There were a few small issues, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again in the future. One thing to keep in mind: if your room is near the stairs, you may hear kids running up and down them late at night. 「I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.」

「Great place for the price. The rooms were okay. Not sure about the carpet. It rained a lot and caused a backup somewhere which we had to wade through. The elevators were also acting up. 「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. 「30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.」

「Very disappointing experience. For the price and the online rating, this hotel was not worth it at all. Rooms were only cleaned every three days, which is not acceptable for a beach hotel. Restaurant service was poor, breakfast quality was disappointing, and it was very hard to find staff to help with umbrellas, chairs, or basic guest needs around the beach/pool area. The location is nice, but the service, cleanliness, and overall experience were very poor. We expected much better from Hyatt.」

「The best part about this hotel is the beach!! All the rooms face the ocean with amazing views. The sand is absolutely perfect in front of this hotel. Kids had a blast! The staff was very very friendly and kind. For the money, you can't beat the value. It's an older motel style hotel, bathrooms aren't very updated, but are clean. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and rooms were cute. We stayed for one night before our other booking was ready, but we would stay again. Lots of places...

「Quick and simple check in process. I felt welcomed immediately. The view from my room was amazing. I especially loved the live music on the pool deck during the sunset. It was one of my most memorable experiences in all my travels.」

「Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.」

「Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good.」
