「Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). .」

「We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. We’ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!」

A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events.」

「Great property. Close to city center. Use ride share. Not near the light rail or grocery. Utilized insta-cart and food delivery.」

「Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions.」

「We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled house and Christa was a wonderful host! The house is in a great location...super close to downtown and the stadiums, and is in a highly walkable neighborhood. There are several great options for food and coffee just a few blocks away and everywhere we went was delightful. Christa was a great communicator throughout the whole process and provided everything we needed in the home. The only "negative" thing about the location is the parking...it is...

「Very clean and easy access to seattle」

「The house and its view are beautiful! There's so much space for all of us to sleep and for the kids to play together. Just a heads up on a few things we experienced during our stay: - We never received check-in details and had to follow up even an hour before check-in. They weren't too responsive to my messages, so I ended up having to call to inquire. - The cleaning crew left the BBQ on, which we noticed when we went to check it out before heading out for groceries (we had already been there...

「Everything was perfect, from the quaintness of the cabin to the communication with the host! It was exactly as described, and we came prepared! The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!」
