「We had a great stay at this property. There are a few small things that could be touched up (the tap in the kitchen is loose. The coffee table is unstable. Minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Some wear and tear which I took pictures of. Reasonably clean. This is a large basement suite. 10 stairs, which was fine for us. The entry door was very tricky to lock and unlock. We had to allow ourselves extra time to deal with that, but we always felt safe and it was very quiet at night. I would...

「Nice, quiet place. Very good neighbourhood. I was nice to be able to sit in the garden ( a bench or chairs would be aporeciated). Brian was super helpfull. 」

「AC in the bedroom was loud. The AC in the living room was not sufficient for the size of the room. The place is outdated.」

「We were 6 adults, headed for a cruise to Alaska. We were a distance fr downtown and took Lyft which was way cheaper than renting a car.We had not anticipated the stairs, in and outside. Made it challenging for a couple of us with luggage but we managed. Well stocked and clean. 」

Bathroom was small, but the shower quality was above average.There was no power outlet in the vicinity of the desk for my laptop. Full laundry machines in side room. Despite not having a kitchen, it served it's purpose. Fridge is small with no freezer. Entrance steps are a bit rough if you have issues with stairs.」
