The small wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth and ambiance on gloomy days. Select one of the many exciting books in the home, brew coffee or tea, and sink into the sofa for a while. When the sun appears, open the wooden French doors throughout the house and let the ocean breeze flow through. With a warm, inviting mixture of timeless old-world textures and sleek modern finishes, you can’t help but feel pampered in this coastal oasis. The reclaimed maple wood floors from the local high school gym have many stories to tell… Make your memories with this unique piece of local history underfoot.

The massive, uncluttered primary bedroom addition with a king-sized bed was well-designed and carefully furnished to calm guests, boasting faux-fur touches, posh wool throw rugs, and woven throws. The guest bedroom down the hall is cozy, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a vast Samsung flat-screen TV.



Experience the spa-like atmosphere with soft organic cotton bath robes and a shingled outbuilding set up as a tranquil spin cycle space with a peloton bike and its little covered porch. Meditate to the soothing sound of raindrops dripping from the bamboo, or use one of the provided yoga mats to stretch out those limbs.



Outside, the expansive grounds with two gas fire pits and plenty of comfortable seating invite you to sit and listen to the birds chirping while you soak up some fresh salt air. The Neighborhood:

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people. This home sits on the south side of Manzanita less than two blocks from downtown Manzanita. The beach is at the end of our street.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a white robe for guest use during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We are an established local management company that is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.
