  • Great Apartment with Ocean Views. Perfect for couples or a small family. The Bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed and additional full bathroom. Shared swimming pool. 10 minute walk to Beach(Playa la Audiencia). Easy access to shopping Walmart, Sams Club, Starbucks and other Restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Public transportation(bus) runs in front of condo entrance. Parking space in front of house.
