Beautiful House 2 blocks from beach with AC

Lovely Caribbean style home in the town of Manzanillo with 2 Wifi networks (one is 50 mbps of fiber optic) and air conditioning. Comfortable for a family or group of friends with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and bunk beds) with a fully equipped kitchen. There is an oven for baking, blender for smoothies, full size freezer-refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of utensils, plates, and pots. This home has 2 televisions both with cable TV, one is a smart TV so you can log into Netflix. There is a spacious front porch with a gate (like a big play pen for kids) so you can sit and watch the howler monkeys, sloths, and toucans in the trees in front of the house. Then you can was 2 blocks to Manzanillo beach or 5 minutes to the National Refuge of Gandoca-Manzanillo. There is an amazing lookout point/Mirador too!

This house locally owned and operated by an original Manzanillo family. Dashi lives next door and is the owner's sister. She checks in the guests and cleans and speaks English and Spanish. There are artisanal fisherman who are members of the family and also offer dolphin tours to guests or fish/lobster for purchase.

There is parking in front of the house (off of the street) and it is in a safe and convenient location.

Manzanillo Costa Rica House

This house was perfect - group of 5 adults and had no issues. Having AC was great and it was close to beach. The community was so friendly. We did not need anything during our stay but they till checked in to be sure we were doing good and did not need anything. We did not have to eat out for every meal but was close to great local places to support the community. Definitely on my list of go back to places in the future.

We loved staying here! Lots of space in the house, strong AC and wifi. TV with youtube for the kids when they need some down time. I saw most of the birds on my trip right from the porch. Manzanillo is a perfect small beach town with kind people who help you and call someone from their phone if you need it. Family values are strong here and the community is a tight one. Check out Wild Ginger for a medicinal plant walk, cooking class or coconut oil making workshop! We want to come back already.

Manzanillo Costa Rica House

Josue and his wife are very accommodating and helpful to the property owner. The owner responded to our needs by contacting the care takers who live next door, they were able to do our laundry. The location is very close to the beach within walking distance We had a snorkeling trip scheduled with Josue but unfortunately we’re not able to go on the trip maybe next time? Air-conditioning worked well it was a positive stay! Nice accommodations
