「Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. Kitchen setup was great. Great bathroom with adequate lighting, fan, and high water pressure. For anyone with mobility or knee issues you may...

「Very convenient to get to providence from location. Quiet neighborhood. Wish the beds were a bit more comfortable & they definitely need pots/pans & pot holders for cooking. A blender would be nice addition too. But over all the house was cute & nicely decorated. We would stay again」

「Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. 「This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.」
