Great Vacation Home

The house worked well for our group of 10. It is very conveniently located, near the pool and paths to the lake. The kitchen is well outfitted. It has a great sized deck with lots of seating and dining space.

Lake view in Manson

Lovely comfortable home with lots of room for all my family. It was perfect! Beautiful sunrises over looking the lake. Lots to do for everyone. Close to restaurants wineries and grocery store. Looking forward to coming back, soon!

The view was fantastic, lots of activities nearby. Walkable to restaurants and groceries.. Hot tub was not really hot, under the sink was filthy causing ants to be all over the counter. my pillow case had blood spots on it.

Wonderful house!

Our group included 3 couples with 6 kids and this house was perfect. You can walk to the park and beach and pool. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with plates and utensils. Also TONS of towels which was nice to see. The view was wonderful to wake up to each day and overall I'd recommend this house to anyone.

Everything we needed!!

Friends and I come to Lake Chelan for a golf tournament twice a year. Sometimes we like to cook at the place we stay and play cards but don’t always remember salt pepper and spices and things like that that are hard to pack.This place had everything you would need and probably more if you forgot it it’s probably there everything was great thanks we will be staying here again definitely

lovely location, house needs some maintenance

We visit wapato every year and love the location. The house was as described but needs some maintenance and better cleaning. Pros: well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Beautiful view from balcony. Great hot tub. Located at the end of the point so little foot traffic. Cons: Cleaning: Outside table had old food on it (rice and sauce). Pots were not clean ( we had to wash before use) Maintenance: Downstairs toilet flush broken, so toilet water runs constantly Downstairs sink has no stopper and faucet broken Dishwasher not effective, has to rewash some bowls by hand Vacuum not working Pots and pan press shelf only has 3 pegs, so the shelf fell down and we had to fix it Handle of the freezer cracked Communication: Managed by Vacasa. I contacted them on arrival but didn’t get a response. I also needed to change dates prior to arrival and while ultimately successful I had to chase for a response to my request. If I owned this beautiful property I would use a different property management company!

Wonderful Family Time

Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week at Lazy Daze. The location of the house is perfect. The beach is 3 minute walk, there is a grass field across the street from the house where our grandkids played every morning and late afternoon. We walked to nearby miniature golf, and rented jet skis and a pontoon boat at the marina. We enjoyed dinner every night on the deck, while taking in the spectacular views. Watching the moonrise every night was big treat for all. We hope to return next year.

What a shame!

Why doesnt the property management company read the reviews and make changes??!! Everything we experienced had been noted in prior comments as problems. First the hot tub doesnt work and the two most recent reviews both state this. They also State that they attempted to reach Vacasa and nobody responded. We had the same experience, called the first night and i was told they would contact me the following day to repair it. No contact. We also send a message thru the app, no response. How can you continue to advertise this as a property with a hot tub when youre aware its not working and have done nothing to repair it? We were assured prior to booking that the hot tub was in fact working & this is one of the reasons we chose this property over others that were lesser in price. We will be filing a BBB complaint. Ridiculous! Second, no hand wash anywhere in the house (have they heard of COVID??). No trash bags, no paper towels or toilet paper. We had 1 tab to run the dishwasher. These are items we had to go out and but ourselves. Again, what poor management. Save your time and rent elsewhere in Wapato. The area and the house itself are great, but the management company ruins the stay & is misleading in whats included. Side note, Id suggest bringing your own cooking pans, knives etc. the ones provided are dirty (propbably bc there is no dish soap for the washer) & is poor shape.

Great location not a good house

The location of the house was good, the layout, setup, outsides decks are great. The house is really old on the inside, stove doesn't work well, bathrooms are dated, TV's are from the 90's etc. I'm not sure its worth the price.

nice home, poorly managed

The home itself is very nice and in an excellent location, but the management company needs to do a much better job. The home was never fully cleaned before our arrival (trash was never picked up, almost no towels in the home, beds were not made). The fridge did not get cold enough and all of our meat/dairy products spoiled and needed to be thrown away. The hot tub did not work and was full of garbage. We cleaned the hot tub and tried to get ahold of someone to come fix it, but nobody ever called back or came to fix the hot tub. I would not rent this home again because of all the problems with the house and the fact that nobody ever called back or came to the home to address our complaints.
