The property was not presented in a clean or well-maintained condition on arrival, with several areas clearly overlooked. 「Cleaner was working upon check in, was smoking at the back door, the smell was all through the unit. There was a previous guest sanitary pad rubbish on the bathroom counter which was disturbing. There was no plug for the bath, I doubt the spa bath works.
