「Cute, but a bit rundown & in need of repairs」

「House was great size for the family. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our host Kim was very responsive and answered all our questions.」

「We were in Austin for a 1 week stay to visit family. This a one story building converted into a triplex and this is the center unit C. We were instructed to park on the street. It has a front door & 2 front windows with no back door or window large enough to exit in an emergency. There is one tiny window near the bathroom ceiling. The unit is decorated nicely, was clean and the appliances appear to be new within the last year. The bed was very comfortable. There were several problems...

「Great house」

「Great house that has been nicely renovated. Very clean, awesome bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for our party of 7. They could use more comfortable living room furniture but otherwise everything was great. Host Shawn was great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely look to rebook in the future. Thanks for a great weekend!」

「We enjoyed our weekend. The house was well kept and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again.」

「A perfect Austin stay with a great host! Any time I'm in the area I book here first!」

「Well equipped rental and the host Anastasia is very responsive. 」

「The check-in process was simple, and the hosts were very responsive in communication.」

The area could be considered “questionable” if you’re not from Austin but that is easily overlooked with the gated property. It is nestled in a...

「This is a great place to stay when you want to be close to the action but also have a quiet place to escape the action. It is just 5 minutes from UT and 12-15 minutes from downtown. It also has quick and easy access to the interstate when it is time to move on to your next adventure. The room was comfortable and the host was responsive. I would stay here again.」
