"Loved the house; upgrades were well done and fresh. Kitchen and living areas were exceptional. Appliances were new and had everything we needed. Front porch was relaxing and the morning sunrises on the back deck were beautiful. Host was very attentive and responsive. Only issue was the second floor, ceiling height was a problem for tall people… 6’8”… was a challenge."

"This home had everything we needed. We were able to use the garage which was a plus for storage. Has newer appliances. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Bed was comfortable. The owner communicated promptly. We would stay here again. "

"Loved the home! Cozy and comfortable. Nice gazebo & recliners in the backyard. Just a few minutes by car from downtown and the beach. Friendly neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Large tv and free movies. Would definitely stay again."

"Their was an issue with the bathroom sink in one of the bedrooms. My Daughter ended up having to use our bathroom because there was a leak under the sink and water was all over the floor. Additionally, the water was leaking from that bathroom through the ceiling to the bedroom below. To be fair, the host mentioned in a message that there was a problem with the sink the afternoon that we were going to check in. We decided to go ahead and keep the reservation because we were exhausted from driving and didn't want to deal with finding another lodging option. Looking back we should have just cancelled because the problem was much worse than the host conveyed to us. One bedroom and bathroom was completely inaccessible and we were not offered a discount or other remedy for our trouble. The host did leave a Panera gift card for us but I should have insisted on a discount on our nightly rate considering we booked the residence with the full intention of having access to the entire listing and we did not. "

"The house was in a good location and was spacious enough. However, it was overly packed and messy. The stove top only has a few burners that work. The dishes were dirty and you couldn't find things because the whole house was unorganized. It wasn't very clean because you couldn't get into the corners of the rooms. There wasn't anywhere to put your belongings since it was so full of the owner's belongings! We also had to wait upon arrival to be let in once the owner responded to our texts!"
