「Great Hotel, but very isolated」

「Electrics didn’t work - was told (at 1pm) that the electrician would be there at 5 to fix it!! So we couldn’t use the apartment Key stopped working - it was blamed on mobile phone which was in a different bag Very wobbly stairs to first floor Pool area was nice Scruffy urbanisation We couldn’t risk staying for one night Contacted reception and explained we wanted a refund but have heard nothing so far」

「Following 2019 summer brake, this is the 2nd trip to us. Facilities and services are upgraded. Also surprised to see so many Americans unlike 5years ago. We will come back soon! This is one of our most favorite golf destinations.」

「What I liked is the reception staff were so helpful before we arrived I rang expedia to upgrade my room to a studio and add my grandaughter to expedia wanted to charge me an extra 800 pound , I refused and tried to contact the hotel but Expedia blocked any interaction with the hotel direct was so frustrating and stressful so we decided we would take the grandaughter with no room organized and sort it at reception the hard rock hotel were amazing ,they apologized, and said there hands were tied as...

「The room has everything you need and clean balcony is perfect. The staff are so friendly made my stay feel better. Definitely will book again」

「Horrible room infested with insects I had bugs bites everywhere in my body the bed very uncomfortable Horrible experience」

「The hotel is okay for a business trip but is located very close to several main roads so you hear the traffic noise. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The water supply stopped during our stay for nearly 24 hours and the hotel were poor on providing any information. My wife had to ask for some drinking water which the staff were unwilling to provide until she insisted. The other issue was the toilets couldn't be flushed so there was a bad smell around the hotel. The breakfast...

「Only one restaurant open so no options, couldn’t get in to the restaurant on two nights. Very few staff around due to cost cutting so little to no service. Manage not visible. Would rate this about 3 stars maximum」

「It's rather far from city center, but we could have very nice breakfast on seaside. 」
