nice except for x 2 payment : lack of coordination
The location is great. The personnel at Sea Residences lobby was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are comfortable. The downside is double payment due lack of coordination between Hotel.com and the agency handling at Sea Residences. I gave the payment to an agent who showed me the room after she checked to her office that no payment was made thru my ATM account. She also promised me that the amount will be returned if the payment is done thru the ATM. Upon checking thru my recently activated online banking, it showed that Hotel.com has indeed got the amount already from my ATM account. No response has been made upon the return of the doubled payment. In addition, due to the lack of coordination, The agency at Sea Residences was not aware of my booking. It took them more than an hour to solve the problem after the email of my stay was proof. Please improve your coordination. I now have exceeded my budget in the trip with no hope of having it returned. FYI, the agent has no reply on my query on the cp # she gave and no receipt was given since they were not prepared for my stay. Thank you

Moneymakers without service.
I was very disappointed that after check-out my luggage could not be stored during the rest of the day. Also my boarding pass could not be printed. My wishes were denied, my money was welcome, but not my requests.
