I checked in at 2pm,the receptionist not approachable,never smile,I went down 2 times since the aircon is not working,it's been more 1hr that aircon was on (16°c ) never been cold,she just told to Wait till 6pm until the technician will come.I requested if she can transfer me to another but she got angry. I was very upset until she cold her manger and they transfered me to another room..The room is clean the only problem is the receptionist.

悪い訳ではないですけど！

写真とは、違う部屋。 アップグレードした。と、言うけれど面積で見ると違うのかな？ 狭い部屋、掃除は、少し雑？ほこりがありますよ！ 悪い訳ではないですけど、厳しめに意見します。 女性のスタッフが多いです。

Good point is reasonable price.Bad points was no towel every night. I had to go to reception to get towel every night. Some night they gave me little wet towel. They have to buy towel.
