Location was good. Had feeling they were understaffed when we arrived. Was not informed you need to request toilet paper. Had hot kettle in room but no free coffee. Requested breakfast at certain time. Was served about 25 min after seated -- 20 min after time requested. Drinks served when meal was over eventhough I requested 3 times to get them during the meal. Bed was hard. Room clean. No hot water in shower. Overall disappointed.

My expectations wasn’t meet at all. The pictures or advertisement seems false. No shuttle,they have to book a grab for your rides/transportation. Used slippers(according to them they sanitized before use it).our room comes with Breakfast but it’s plated not buffet(with a choices). Room and bathroom are tight,water from the shower is all over on the floor outside shower. Tv not working(it works the next day). The friendship room good for 10 people which is a bunk bed is like a kids bedroom,for adult is not a good idea no room to walk around especially if you have a baggage with you. No bathroon inside the room(friendship room) you have to use the bathroom outside the room (shareable bathroom to other guests). Outside (road) are stinky people pee in the corner. I saw few homeless sleeping in the corner. All of these is base of my experience. I would never go back there again ever. I would not recommend.

When I book 5 days it said free breakfast only got 3 days would not stay there again the room was not the same on the internet room was run down .

Its okay to stay , I don’t stay longer in this hotel , I stay only for 6 hours then I left so I have nothing to say one more thing no shower room in my room 😂

Booked a Deluxe room online with Wotif which was to include breakfast. Staff at hotel said was not included!. Argued but said not included. Will not be be staying there again and maybe not book through Wotif as there is some disconnect
