Less than1 hour from NAIA, if you use skyway. It’s worth to pay for skyway. Hotel is close to big malls, during my stay I enjoyed malls almost hole day. Thank you so much hotel staffs for your supportive , friendly and helpful service, you helped me a lot! Looking forward to visiting again!

部屋は素晴らしい！　ルームサービスは最低限…なぜ？　

お部屋は広くて綺麗で素晴らしかったです。しかしなぜか、ルームサービスが、ベッドを整えるという最低限のことしかしてくれませんでした。3泊しましたが、その間、タオルを床に落としておいても、回収はされているけれど新しいものはなし。シャンプーやボディシャンプーなどのアメニティが減っていても補充は一切なし。三泊でタオルもアメニティも冷蔵庫の飲み物も、減っていても一切補充されませんでした。フィリピンはチップ不要のはずなのに、チップを置かなければならなかったのでしょうか。

コスパがよい

フロント、レストラン、ラウンジ、スパのサービスはどれも良かった。朝食は種類が多く、ラウンジの料理は美味しかった。高層階に滞在したが。部屋の内カギが壊れて無かったり、排水溝に小さな虫がいたり、2017年オープンとは思えない残念な部分がいくつかあった。クーポンを使用して1万円台前半だったので、コスパは良いと思った。

ネット広告上の情報が少なすぎる。

欠点は、壁の向こうの隣室の声、音が結構気になる事。ネットでは案内のなかった（見落とした？）バスタブがなかったこと。シャワーのみ。

ショッピングモールが近くて便利。朝食も色んなメニューがあって、美味しかった。ホテルも綺麗で安心して泊まれました。ただ、エアコンの音が大きいのとシャワールームのドアの密封性が悪くて、洗面台とトイレの所まで水浸しになってしまった。それ以外は大満足だったので、また泊まりたいホテルです。

部屋の遮音性が低すぎる

まだ新しくホテル内はきれいで快適だが、壁が薄いのか隣の声や上の足音などうるさい、値段を考えると許せないレベルである。ロビーを待合せにしたが、座る場所も少なくビジネスとして使うのには疑問もある。朝食は種類も豊富でこの点だけは満足ができる。ただ値段を考えると次回は泊まらないな

新しくてコスパの良いホテルでした。

まだ設備が新しくてきれいでした。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで親切。すぐ裏手にショッピングモールがあり、買い物も便利でした。（コンビニは近くになかったが、モールのB1にスーパーがあったので困らなかった。）近隣のSMモールには日本食レストランや有名ラーメン店も入っており、食事に困らなくて済んだ。

徒歩圏内にショッピングモールが複数あり便利

クラブラウンジアクセス付きの部屋に泊まりましたが、飲み物や食べ物もそこそこあり、休憩や、来客時には便利かよく、快適でした。ホテルは新しいということで、部屋、その他施設は清潔で綺麗でした。パーキングが無料という点は、珍しく、車で来る方には良いサービスかと思います。ホテルの方の対応は良く、特に不満はありませんでした。客室のエアコンの音は新しいわりには音が大きかったですが、現地ではこんなものかと考えれば、我慢できないレベルではありません。レストランは一箇所しかありませんが、味はそれなりですが、ビュッフェもあり、便利です。上層階にはバーもあります。プールやジム、スパも併設されています。

まだまだ開発中の地域にある最新ホテル

ケソン駅すぐそばのトリノモールから線路を隔てた反対側、ベルティスノースはまさに開発中の区域。アヤラモールがグランドオープンを今か今かと待っているような状態。その一角にあるウェスタンスタイルのデザインホテル。部屋もスタッフも洗練されていて居心地がいい。エレベーターの運行があまりスマートでないのが、玉に瑕。

I have stayed there twice and both times was given the view of the homes in poor condition. Also, they put a hold on the room deposit. Arrived home and the deposit has not been credited back to my credit card. The place charges deposit for each night. I feel the deposit should be one basic charge for the entire period. A small gift shop on the premises would be a nice touch.

Could not have asked for more. Excellent pickup and drop off to the airport. Attentive breakfast staff, especially Kaya. 5 star all the way. Staff cannot do enough for you. Even the sniffer dog was gorgeous. The staff at the hotel are world class standard as is the breakfast.

Third time in Seda Vertis North. Stayed one night after a long-haul flight. Excellent location and customer service plus appetising breakfast for a balikbayan. However, the room (1422) was already showing wear and tear particularly inside the bathroom. Tile walls with cracks and shower wall/ ceiling not clean with visible collection of dust. Hallway carpet with stains and dirt. No smart tv so don’t expect any Netflix, Disney channels, etc.

Quiet and away from the busy streets, easy access and safe. Advertised as complimentary airport shuttle, but when I booked the hotel asked for $60 fee(?). I hope to see coop promos with Veterans GC in the future. Altogether a great stay. RB Altogether a great stay
