The room environment is the same as the picture, which is the most beautiful room I have ever lived in Manila. The staff service is very considerate, and self-service check-in is also very convenient. The room is very clean, and there is a parking lot in the mall downstairs, which is very convenient. I will definitely come again!

It was very unpleasant walking in. When we walked in the unit smelled of fish and the washroom smelled like sewage. The unit is nice and the owner was very help and accommodating because we had to switch to a different unit. Very noisy though and you can hear people from upstairs or in the units beside you. Good if you’re only staying for a day or two.

Roaches crawling around within the first 5 minutes of arriving at this condo. Door code worked for the first few hours but then after leaving the room for food, we had request an updated door code. Room is very very small. We had 3 adults and 1 child and couldnt move around at the same time. The pictures are deceiving, its a thin room. Much like a large walk in closet. The netflix wouldnt work and had to message in to get that fixed, it took multiple times hours apart. The wifi internet is worthlessly slow and nothing but a headache. Unless you like roaches, go to a hotel.
