So disappointing,I dont want to make it long,from the time I booked online and came there but fullybooked and theres no reservation under my name and transferred me to another branch,and been for 4 rooms,no toiletries and even asking for the remote.,Some of them were nice and accommodating but some of the personnel forget the things that I have requested and need to follow up( the remote of the aircon and tv).thanks,maybe next time you need to be accurate About the reservation and be considerate.thank you again
