Hotel staff are friendly the room in 2nd floor is not bad at all though it has no windows, in 1-10 rating i rate it 7

No window in my room ..no bathtub..mahina ang tulo ng tubig sa 5th floor..tiis lang dahil bayad na before check in..not relaxing for quarantime time..

poor service
if you will book this hotel, try to check first their contact number if working. I was not allowed to stay there since the hotel was no longer listed on an accredited quarantine facility when I arrived at the airport since you cannot contact them to inform my situation and I was moved to stay at another hotel. Hotel.com and El Rancho didn't want to refund me for 4 days booking.

It's not worth the price
The crew members are friendly and nice. The location is centrally located and accessible however it's not a quite place from all the noises of vehicles outside.
The room looked neat/clean but unfortunately, I was welcomed by a small cockroach. Also, the AC was noisy. There was no soap/shampoo provided which was not a big deal for me as i always have mine.
In a rate scale from 1-5, I rate 3.
