Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Door handle break from inside. Can’t get any help there’s no phone inside room or intercom to call to get some help. Been up all night till check out the next day at 2pm to get notice it’s so scary to be in that situation. About safe at all
