It really felt like the staff cared about keeping the rooms neat for their guests. I felt very comfortable staying there. If you want a relaxing and clean place to stay, Azure Staycation is definitely a good choice!

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Sibs, was very kind and easy to talk to. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear. The room had a cozy vibe, and the view was beautiful, especially from the balcony.

The landlord did not show up at all on the day of arrival. We were standing in front of the property, but no one was there. The provider could not be reached by phone or message. Expedia was immediately helpful, but even they were unable to contact the landlord. On site at the Azure Residence, the staff helped us find a different room. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider.

I had fully paid my booking online using my credit card two weeks prior to check-in, with a confirmation email sent to me confirming successful payment. However, when I arrived at the place to check in, I was asked to pay again for the full room (double the rate). Despite showing the staff my booking confirmation and email receipt, they insisted I make the payment to secure my room. Reluctantly, I paid in full double the amount a second time. The staff was courteous but seemed unprepared to handle such an issue. The room is cockroach infested when we enter and bed sheet is visibly dirty. We just have to enjoy the amenities (wave pool) to make it worth the stay.

It’s a scam. When arrive at location, i had to wait for almost 1 hour and nobody showed up. managed to contact the person by call, they asked me to do another payment same as what i have paid on expedia. they asked me to pay in PHP cash. i end up booking another room. i didn’t get any refund. the person didn’t even bother to contact me in any ways. i realize that there were a few more victims like me just sitting at the security post for hours waiting for the contact person. some of them ended up leaving(booking other hotels) or make another booking like me for another room. the scam is real. please read all other reviews.

SCAM ALERT!!! Booked our stay with my super trusted Expedia. I opted to pay at the property as I have always done in my previous travels. Unfortunately, this property has option to pay at the property but gave us a very terrible experience. You can not enter the property without a “QR code” which is only available after you pay. Contacted the property staff who said someone is already “walking” to come and get us, 30mins past no one came so I called again, the staff I spoke to said I need to give ID so she can request for QR code, waited for 2hours and followed up number of times, no reply. The security at the gate is super rude!!! Ended up booking to a nearby condo unit at SMDC where we had a pleasant experience. Booking with this property is an entire DISASTER! Don’t waste your time.
