The stay at Grand Cafe Hotel was unpleasant , check-in was pretty easy but after a long road trip, all you expect is more attention on helping the guests as carrying the luggage to the room, I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so I did it myself. I called room service for basic supplies as Water (since you can’t find in the room) the answer I got is to go down and get it. (No room temperature water, only cold, if you are sick you better wait the temperature to drop) Those type of hotels are for people whom has been driving for hours on a road trip and need a rest for the day, obviously Grand Cafe is not prepared, their stuff weren’t trained to attend the basic services to their guest. Note: 3

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Atendimento bom. Localização muito boa para quem está em viagem. Só não gostei da limpeza da roupa de cama e banho. Estavam todas amareladas e a toalha de banho parecia suja.

Boa opção de estadia em Manhuaçu

Minha visita foi em 22/12/20. O quarto é pequeno, cama king size, guarda roupa, criado mudo, escrivaninha com cadeira, tv, telefone, frigobar, ar condicionado. O frigobar fica desabastecido; é preciso pegar as bebidas na recepção. O banheiro é espaçoso, box com 2 chuveiros, sabonete e xampu. Estacionamento é coberto, com manobrista, grátis. O café da manhã tem boa variedade, grátis. O restaurante fica aberto à noite com self service buffet R$ 25 por pessoa; tem pouca variedade e quando um prato acaba, não é reposto; por isso, chegue cedo se quiser comer lá.
