「Place poorly maintained, one of the bedrooms bed was poorly put together as had screws with no bolts and a broken leg we was not aware. Floor was dirty never mopped, the neighbor was using the properties water then needed a jump, the hot tub had no cover and needs maintenance. The place had a newly installed dishwasher that was inoperable, also very little silverware and cooking appliances as well as garbage bags.
