"First of all, the staff. Each and everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, with a high ceiling and a very quiet air conditioner, that I left on all night, when the weather was hot. Everything was new and very clean, including the swimming pool. Finally, great value all year round. "

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The service was exceptional, right from check-in until check-out and the warmth shown by everyone truly made us feel at home. A special thanks to Samson at the front desk for taking care of every detail and to the owner, Anand, whose kindness and efforts made our stay truly memorable. "Great location, near to beach, good food and overall great experience "

"I checked in around 11pm; the room was not pretty; then I saw BUGS in the bed, and I noticed I didn't have a cell phone. Even when I went to the balcony, I found the room phone was broken. So I went to the lobby lobby & a bunch guys look at me a piece of meat. Then the guy behind the desk tells me the WiFi is down, If I need to make a call I can call from the lobby. I tell him it's not safe if I can't reach my family from my room. The front desk guy tells me not to worry his men will protect me (the same men looking at me like a piece of meat.) I am feeling very UNSAFE. I came back to my room and found that I really couldn’t secure the balcony door. There are no deadbolts, and the keyhole is outside (believe it or not, they have ladders in India) & The same goes for the bathroom. I left the light on in the room then i dragged the mattress into the bathroom and barricaded myself in until 5:45 am. I was able to get messages out to my sister & boyfriend periodically throughout the night. But all in all WORST hotel experience EVER! I certainly didn't stay the whole time planned. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL THIS IS HOW WOMEN DISAPPEAR Still trying to get some or all of my money back. "
