  • This stylish multi-level villa in Mandelieu-la-Napoule offers a luxurious retreat for up to 10 guests, just 2 km from Cannes and steps from the coast. The ground floor features a second living room with wireless music system and a fully equipped kitchen with waffle iron, espresso machine, and dining space for 10. A bunk-bed bedroom, bathroom, and roof terrace complete the level. Upstairs, the main living area boasts a fireplace, DVD player, and open-plan kitchen with premium appliances, plus a terrace and guest toilet. The top floor includes four en-suite bedrooms with double beds (180 × 200 cm), each with a bathtub-shower combo and private toilet. One suite adds a fireplace, TV, and video setup for extra comfort. Outdoors, guests enjoy a private heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m), BBQ, garden, and garage. The villa is equipped with wireless audio, phone docking stations, and multiple terraces for relaxing or entertaining.
