Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², equipped kitchen, and a nice bedroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a closet/dressing room with access to the west terrace through a French window and a shower room with an Italian shower.
- A separate toilet

- Three beautiful swimming pools in a residence of eight hectares with trees, landscaped, open and unheated from April to the end of October
