「We love the location down by the river. It made you feel like you were far away from town when you really were very close. There were a couple issues, but the management promptly came out and fixed it when we reported it. We would gladly stay here again.」

「My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lavender House. There was a little hiccup with checking in but this was quickly remedied. The property is beautiful and set on a working farm. There are horses, donkeys, chickens and dogs. We enjoyed this aspect of the farm. The owner was quick to respond to us but we had very few questions as everything was self-explanatory. 「The home was very new. Everything we needed was there. It was convenient to Mesa Verde National Park. Very nice place.」

「We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit. 「Its a beautiful area and the owner was right on top of responding to my messages. The only thing that i am bummed about was we drove 19 hrs and were counting on the hot tub to relax in only to get there and see a sign that said "Hot tub out of commission." The house was clean and nicely decorated and no complaints there accept we did have to wash the dishes before we could use them. Not sure if they had been in dishwasher and didn't get ran and put away mistakenly. Anyway, all in all it was...

「The Farmhouse had everything! From the picturesque view of the Animas River valley, to the lush front lawn perfect for a leisurely game of Corn Hole under the the magnificent willow tree, the setting was idyllic. The house was charming and cozy, like going to Grandma's house. And like Grandma's, it was spotless and well-stocked. Our hosts, John and Kathy, were lovely: generous, helpful and kind.
