「This was our first time staying in a tiny house. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The view is incredible, we enjoyed watching the sunset and rise. The owner was very accommodating as well.」

「Wonderful spot with everything we needed! Spotless! This was our second stay here to.visit family. We'll stay again.」

「This was a great experience. The property is nice, a few miles outside of town (lots of stars)! The host Tambra was very accommodating. I appreciated all the labels around the house, very helpful. Beautiful and comfortable house.」

「The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind.」

「The host cancelled the DAY of the beginning of our trip. Not even so much as an apology. Claimed the house was "booked on another platform" but we had already had the house reserved for over a month. Do not rent from them unless you want to be stuck without a house.」

「Such a lovely property outside town. Great for star gazing and hiking. Kitchen is nicely set up for cooking. The loft is perfect for elementary-aged kiddos. Host was very responsive to questions. Would gladly stay here again next time we come to the four corners area. Thank you!!」

「Stayed fir a soccer tournament, location was perfect and the place was great!」

「Property was cute. Needs a deep clean. Animal hair, corners and ceiling other than that the place was great. I would give 4.7 stars if allowed.」

「Excellent property!」

「This property backs up to a majestic mountain side. It’s a few miles outside of town which provides for peace and quiet, but still allows a quick trip into town if needed. The master bedroom is upstairs away from the rest of the house. The bed was comfortable and the TV includes access to Netflix (an added bonus). The hot tub was great to have available at the end of the day’s adventures. The kitchen has the necessary items for meal preparation and includes a coffee corner with both pods and old...

「Beautiful house, fantastic location and very responsive host! My husband, myself and our 24 year old daughter were visiting the Cortez area, mostly to see Mesa Verde. I thought we'd just stay one or two nights in the area, but once I found this property, we booked 5 nights! The hiking out the back gate is amazing (just go early if you're there in the summer - that sun is intense) and the drive to Mesa Verde is short. We enjoyed sitting on both porches birdwatching and just gazing at the...

「We appreciate the wonderful location that made walking into town so easy. The home itself was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It appeared that they had just completely remodeled the bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower that had great water pressure, a priority for me. It was a little touches, like having 2 robes in the bathroom for our use that were so nice. We really like the washer and dryer and the fact that the kitchen was...
