「2 stars because host seemed very polite to deal with. Other 2 star review very accurate. Heat was terrible. House wasnt clean at all. Mouse droppings found everywhere including on the griddle and in pans in kitchen. Throughout the furniture, bathroom stand beside sink and even on window seals. House and furniture smelled aweful. Mold coming thru bedroom ceiling. Open ended wiring just taped off in ceiling in living room. I feel it could of been great place if taken care of. 」

「The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The only con was the frame on the bunk bed sits on the floor and seems to be broken. Every time you move it creaks and being so low to the floor makes it hard to get out of the bed. Also one of the members of the group was surprised that there was not a TV. We went into town and had dinner at the Boat Club. Food was good and we had a great view of the river and a beautiful sunset! Would definitely...

「Listing description is pretty accurate. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Extremely short distance to Shawnee. AC was cool when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable with an additional fan in each room. Would definitely stay again.」

「Property was not clean. Rooms had exposed wiring and several other safety hazards. Ok room to rent if just looking for a place to rest your head. The couch also smelled like wet dog.」
