• Short taxi ride to Deansgate, Salford Quays, and the Etihad Stadium

• Everything in the city centre is easily reached on foot



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Rougher condition than photos

Water heater didn't work our last morning. Manager never responded to the hot water problem. Sofa arm was broken, and uncomfortable to sit on. Found hair on the shower tile our first morning. Loose bathroom tile in 2nd bath. Convenient location. Quiet Neighborhood. Close to downtown.
