Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property during their stay.

The apartment is also close to the Northern Quarter, known for its vibrant street art, independent record stores, and trendy bars. A Tesco Metro is conveniently located nearby for grocery shopping, while the main train and bus stations are just a short taxi ride away.



Getting Around:

Manchester city centre can easily be explored on foot from the apartment, with a wide range of amenities conveniently located nearby. For destinations further afield, local tram and bus stops are just a five-minute walk away. The main train stations can also be reached within a ten-minute walk, offering excellent rail connections across the UK.

There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
