+ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus number 43 to Leestone Road Stop, about 20-25 minutes, then transfer to bus 371 to Moor Park Road Stop, then 5 minutes walk to the house.

1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are allowed [Fees apply]
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying and visiting(cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
