This is a split level apartment the bedrooms are upstairs.

•⁠ ⁠Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone.
•⁠ ⁠No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
•⁠ ⁠No pets allowed
•⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am;
•⁠ ⁠Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed.
•⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property.
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
•⁠ ⁠The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
•⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
•⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them.
•⁠ ⁠Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave
•⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
•⁠ ⁠If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
