Whalley Range Gem – Detached, Parking, Near City
Welcome to The Coach House! A charming detached cottage in the heart of Whalley Range. A stone’s throw from Alexandra Park and very close to public transport providing easy access to the city centre in under 15 minutes. We have recently renovated the house so there are 2 brand new bathrooms and a new washer dryer and dishwasher installed. There are 2 parking spaces attached the property for guests to use secured in our gated car park. You will not find another house like this one.
The space
Ground floor:
A large kitchen/diner which is great social space with plenty of room to cook. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including a dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar.
The living room has two couches which are easily converted into beds if needed. There is also a large 58” flatscreen smart TV with freeview, iplayer, etc.
The house has high speed wifi throughout.
There is a downstairs shower room with a toilet and washer-dryer.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 has an King-size double bed and a single bed.
Bedroom 2 has a King-size double bed.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed.
All the beds are super comfy!
Outside:
To the rear of the house there is a secluded garden (south facing).
Please note, this is not a party house. It is imperative you respect our neighbours, which means no additional guests and no noise after 10pm.
Guest access
The whole house and 2 x parking spaces outside the house in a gated car park. There is plenty of roadside parking just around the corner too.
Other things to note
We are a pet friendly accommodation, the only thing we ask is that you clean your pets paws if they are dirty after a walk upon entering the house, and if you would like them to snuggle up with you on the sofa, please ensure that they are dry and use one of the blankets provided to protect the sofas.
This is strictly not a party house, if you bring additional guests you will be asked to leave.
