The facilities were nice and clean. The hotel is located near some walking distance dining places and a mall. Breakfast was included but we didn’t had time to try it. The staff were nice and provided information and help with everything we needed. The room was clean but really small. Everything worked as expected in the room. I loved they have online check-in and an easy way to checkout so that’s a plus (fast).

An Ibis Budget hotel tends to offer a relatively small & spartan room, and this was no exception. (Things like no tissues; two thin & scratchy towels; some dirt on the floorboards and dust in the corners.) However, I had no real complaints! I especially appreciated their awesome, large buffet breakfast with hot foods & rotating pastry selections, and the counter selling water & sundries at all hours. Staff was quite friendly, and spoke enough English that nothing was a problem with my limited Portuguese!

Clean and Impressive For a Brief Stay

We were in transit after a very early morning arrival in Manaus. This was a hotel we chose just for one night and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Yes, this is a European budget chain so the rooms are tourist class, inexpensively but practically furnished, spartan, cozy/small. Think entry level cruise ship cabin. But they are efficient, and all our rooms were meticulously clean. Beds were comfortable and all linens immaculately clean and pressed. Towels and showers were spotless. We had 3 rooms next to each other each with a double bed, a small water closet, and a shower. They looked exactly like the hotel photos The efficient layout puts the shower door and sink in the room so the facilities are readily available for 2 to get ready simultaneously. We had no issues with noise from outside or in between.rooms and the hotel was busy. Big pleasant surprise was the included breakfast. By US standards this was a surprisingly generous breakfast buffet with many options and superb coffee. NOT corporate plastic-wrapped portion-controlled factory produced processed food breakfast. Real food: fresh baked goods, fresh cut fruit, fruit salad, hot and cold local specialties all displayed in a clean and modern setting with comfortable seating. Overall this hotel was impressive. I don't know if I could stay here for two weeks but for a brief stay, this Ibis Budget can't be beat for value. Would choose again.

Generally, Ibis' rooms around the world are not plenty of space, but everything was clean and nice. Help and care of staff, remarkable, very grateful to them. Great breakfast, high Variety of things. Will come back.
