"Great location. In the Mosaic District. And, the hotel is very well maintained. Most especially the common areas. Also, the staff is eager to please … and seem to have good people skills. (Most especially, Lloyd at Reception … who is terrific). Our Suite was small yet practical. The bathroom/shower area was functional. However, the bath/shower could use a face lift. "

"The deluxe double room was spacious and VERY clean. The entire hotel was clean. Staff were consistently wiping tables in the lobby and the elevators and hallways were noticeably clean. The staff in the breakfast (included) area were routinely filling the food selections and wiping the counters. No trash to be found anywhere. A MAJOR perk is the airport-hotel transfer service. It was honestly one of the best hotel experiences for lodging in this hotel classification. "
