"On checking out, I asked the next airport shuttle time and they said there won't be another one till 10:00am. and that was 9:00am. Obviously, if you are going to the airport, you have to make a reservation. And they don't tell you that upon check-in. No empathy from the staff. They go pick up a guest to the airport, if they call. But they don't run a service if a guest wants to leave."

"Dallas空港、2番出口すぐにホテルのシャトルバス乗り場があります。15から30分に一本バスがあり便利です。 ダウンタウン市内も空港からシルバーLINEで50分程かかりますが直通で行かれます。大抵の有名観光地は行かれます。市内からは離れますが、時間に余裕のある方、朝早いフライトの方にはおすすめです。 ホテル自体は新しいホテルではありませんが、綺麗に内装され、十分すぎる広さがあり快適でした。エレベーターホール近くに製氷機と電子レンジが嬉しいです。 また宿泊したいと言っています。"
