「Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food.」

「Here’s a 250-word, casual Google Maps–style review for Citi Luxe Hotel, Chennai: --- I stayed at **Citi Luxe Hotel** recently, and overall, I’d say it’s a decent *basic* hotel, but with a few things you should be aware of. The rooms are okay for a short stay, but the housekeeping isn’t done daily unless you specifically ask for it. Same story with the towels — they won’t replace them unless you request. Even the small room amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer sachets aren’t refilled...

「Not valu fir money and it is heavily charged」

「Room layout, size, equipment are all excellent, one of the best I’ve ever stayed before.」

「I suggest looking at the pictures on Google maps before booking. The staff were nice but I wouldn't stay again. The odor and cleanliness of the room were my first issue, the lighting (super dark, faulty lines etc) was second, the restaurant area being very messy and crowded and unclean was the third.」
