「Great beach house and great location!! 」

「The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!」

「Once again, we had a wonderful family vacation. We have stayed here for a few years, and it is the perfect house for our group. The home is beautiful and has everything we need. 「This is our second year in this beautiful cape cod home. Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. This year we walked into a brand new kitchen and 4 beach passes which were very appreciated and so nice to see! 」

「We stayed at this beautiful beach house with our family and absolutely loved it, even though our trip coincided with Hurricane Erin! The house itself made up for the bad weather. It’s very spacious, with three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom downstairs that were perfect for the kids. 「House is clean and has definitely been remodeled in kitchen with top notch appliances. Location is good, but is located right next to a popular restaurant. Our stay was week after Labor Day and the weekend was a little noisy, but nothing we could not handle. Not sure how that would play out in summer season. All in all, it’s a great house! 」

「We had a wonderful time at this location that we actually booked an additional night. We had 4 adults so the three rooms fit us perfectly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the place had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and space for us all the spread out even on a rainy afternoon. We were able to crab and fish off the dock and we will definitely be booking again next year. 」

We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night.
