The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information.
Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan.
The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.
